We understand the worries of a parent for their children. Don’t worry they are in safe hands. Our each project is divided into three phases – pre-trip, on-trip and post-trip. But before a trip begins, the Product Development Team gets together to carve out unique need-based itineraries or experiences. We conceive the product and design around both student’s and teacher’s needs.

We offer the best in planning, organizing and execution of educational trips and tours for our esteemed clients. Our travel modules are custom-made around student curriculum and key characteristics of a destination. We have created this unique balance of addressing educational needs in a fun and creative ambience while retaining the essence of a leisurely trip.

Pre-Trip Measures

We arrange for a customized mechanism for interested parents/guardians in order to inform them about every detail of the program.
We personally conduct a briefing session to all the students about explaining the details of whole trip. We also distribute formal hand-outs for their reference.
Students and their parents are free to call their allotted mentor of the trip anytime to clarify any smallest query.

On-Trip Measures

Over the years, good relations are developed with our vendors (hotels, guest houses, restaurants) and hence they ensure their best of services.
Our trained and qualified mentors are with the group all the time (day and night). They behave less like a guide and more like a guardian.
We regularly send the status and location of the group to the parents and other concern authorities.

Post-Trip Measures

Our program ends only after ensuring with their parents that the last person has also reached home safely.
We provide audio-video footage to all our participants after the successful completion of the edu-tour, as a token of appreciation.
We are always open for any kind of further help by our experts regarding your career. We firmly believe in maintaining long term relationships.

We Have Something Special For Girl Candidates

Our founder member is also a lady. We totally understand their concerns and strongly believe that girls can change the face of the world, if given the right chance and proper direction. We motivate the girl participants by keeping the check on the following extra measures-

A highly qualified lady mentor accompanies them all the time. (literally 24*7)
Under any circumstances, candidates are not allowed to leave the group.
We ensure separate stays of boys and girls.
All the participants are bound to follow high level of discipline and maintain the decorum of their respective institutions.
